How paying works
There is no NevTan Drive subscription
Drive is free, and every capability in it is free with it. Storage is the one thing that scales, and it comes from your NevTan Mail plan — Drive and Mail draw on a single shared pool, so there is one bill and one number to watch.
Files in Drive and mail in NevTan Mail draw on the same total, so you buy room once for both instead of paying separately for file storage and mailbox storage.
Start free and stay free for as long as it fits. When you need more space, it is added through your NevTan Mail plan and applies across the suite.
One plan, both apps
Drive storage comes with your NevTan plan
There is no separate Drive subscription. Your plan’s storage is a single pool shared by Mail and Drive, so files and mail draw from the same meter — and you only upgrade when that meter fills up.
Plans, billing, and payment are handled by NevTan Mail for the whole suite. Prices are per mailbox, per year, on top of the free 10 × 5 GB.
Drive has no subscription of its own. Create an account and store, organize, edit, and share files without paying for the workspace itself.

What counts toward the total, what happens when it fills, and where to change plan.
Does NevTan Drive cost anything on its own?
No. There is no Drive subscription. The PDF, document, spreadsheet and presentation editors, role-based sharing, link passwords and expiry, and the per-file audit log are on every account including free ones. Storage is the only thing that is ever paid for.
What counts toward my storage?
Every file and folder in your Drive, and your NevTan Mail mailbox, because the two draw on one combined total. Items in Trash still count until you empty it, which is the usual reason the meter reads higher than people expect.
What happens when my storage is full?
Existing files stay where they are and stay readable — nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. New uploads stop until you free space or move to a larger plan. Emptying Trash is worth doing first.
How do I upgrade or change plan?
Through NevTan Mail, which handles billing for the whole suite. Because the storage is one pool, upgrading there raises the number Drive shows straight away; there is no separate Drive checkout to go through.
Is the free plan limited in features?
Not in features, only in room. A free account gets 5 GB and the same editors, sharing controls and audit log as any paid one. Most products put link passwords or an audit log behind a business tier; this one does not.
